Veterinary Natural Nutrition: Whole food nutrition for optimal health

Dr. Lisa Kluslow will be presenting this workshop to focus specifically on achieving optimal health through whole food nutrition, based on the canine and feline carnivorous diet. It will help you sort through some of the issues facing you every time you buy pet food. Dr. Kluslow will also address a few possible nutritional solutions to some common health problems. Topics will include:
- How to read a pet food label (dry kibble, canned or raw food diets)
- Supplements
- Nutrition for managing certain diseases (allergies, arthritis, gastrointestinal diseases)
- The importance of whole food nutrition, especially for the carnivore (high protein or not?)
Following the talk, there will be a question and answer session.
The cost is $20 per person. This workshop is for humans only.
